How to: Apply Concealer

Concealer is the best way to hide blemishes and dark circles, in 60 seconds you brighten your face and hide those uneven skin tones...

A roll on applicator will moisturise and hydrate those under eye circles giving it the best base for your concealer.

1) Apply concealer under your eyes on the dark areas, the best way to apply concealer is a pie shape this way will cover the darkness you are trying to hide more. I use Rimmel Wake me up Concealer in the shade Ivory

2) Blending in is very important, when you have your pie shape under your eyes gently blend and smooth out the concealer without it creasing (that's the last thing you want happening) using your finger will help it sink into your skin more and it won't crease. The ring finger is the best finger to apply concealer as it is weaker and will not press hard again your eye. As the skin around your eyes are very delicate

3) To set apply powder. and gently using a brush lightly powder the area to give it a more of a natural look, with a matt finish without any creasing

How to; Curl Your Lashes

Eye lash curlers are very quick and easy thing to do in the morning. so if your new to make up starting with curling your lashes is great, so give them a try if you haven't already ....

You should curl lashes before you go on to doing your make-up to avoid any smudging. Your lashes should be curled when they are clean and dry because if they are wet and are then curled they will more likely to be bent and to the newly applied mascara.

1) Open the curler and place your lashes on the rubber like strip on the eye lash curler make sure it is as close to the lash line as possible. - be careful not to pinch your skin that wouldn't be very nice. make sure your lashes are inside the curler and the curler is in a upright position.

2) Keeping your eyes open slowly and carefully close the curler and squeeze lightly and for a few seconds and slowly let go of the curler. To give your lashes an even more curl and length, move the curler upwards so that its in line with your eyelid crease. squeeze lightly like before and release. And finish off with your favourite mascara.

60 Seconds eye curling.
Easy ^

Tips :
Use a mini hair dryer that you can get from Boots, Superdrugs or any drug store to heat the eye lash curler to give your lashes and extra curl before using and will also keep thos lashes in a curl for much longer.

Perfect Feet

Summer is nearly here and no one want dry feet on a beautiful day, so here's a way to get the perfect feet for summer...

Shaping:
Remove old nail polish, then trim your toenails square across with clipper and gently file to a round soft shape using a fine file.
Soften them:
Take one foot and buff away any hard or rough areas using a double sided foot file, starting with the rough side before going onto the smooth side. Massage a little foot scrub into the skin to exfoliate, rinse and pat dry.
Apply a foot mask or a cream and wrap your foot in cling film for an hour to help penetrate. Repeat with your other foot, then clean away the mask and massage some lotion into your feet, mainly on the heels and the ball of your feet.

Prep them:
carefully push the cuticles back. then place toe separators into between your toes on both feet (rolled up cotton wool will work just as well) Remove any leftover cream from your nails and apply a layer or base coat.

Paint them:
Apply two thin coats of nail polish carefully, leaving a few minutes between each before finishing off with a top coat. When painting, start in the cenre of the nail and work out onto the edges as the polish may spread out slightly.A cotton bud dipped in nail-polish remover will rub away any mistakes, Nails should be touch-dry in 20 minutes. If your in a rush dry your toe nails with a hair dryer on the coolest setting.

Tips:
- For baby soft feet, smooth an extra-thick layer of lotion over your feet before going to sleep and put on some cotton socks and leave them overnight. In the morning take them off and your will have soft feet.

- If you dont own a foot spa, just fill a plastic bowl with and inch of water (enough to cover your feet) and add a few drops of foot soak into it. This will soften and hydrate feet as well as relaxing you.

- Smooth foot cream all over your foot then, with the tip of your fingers, slowly circle around the ankle bone about six times. Using your thumb, knead the sole of each foot with firm, circular movements.(make your  hand into a foot and use your knuckles if you want more pressure) Gently pull each toe giving it a stretch and lightly stroke over the tops of your feet to finish, then repeat on the over foot.
